We will send your team a mobile friendly survey to their inbox on the 10th of each month. This survey will be comprised of 13 strategic questions designed to uncover the individuals level of engagement. This survey will be 100% anonymous!

We realize that not all companies are the same. We would be happy to add up to five custom built questions in addition to our own to deliver a more specific clarity of an organization.

This report will be sent to Management on the 25th of each month with a list of survey respondents for the month. The survey is 100% anonymous however we do let the Management team know who is and isn’t participating.

Yes, through our unique survey and reporting approach we will bring you closer to the pulse of your team. That being said we really want to help you improve on it. Our Quarterly Tactical Action Package will be sent to you with specific coaching points related to your results. We will be your EYES , EARS & COACH on the road to organizational success.

Each month on the 25th we will send Management a detailed report of the latest surveys findings. We will also measure that month against prior months and the general market results. We want our clients to have a consistant pulse on the engagement levels within their team.

In our office we love the High Five. On each survey there will be a bonus question. This question allows people the opportunity to nominate a fellow team member for a High Five Award. The High Fives will be included in the Monthly report package on the 25th.

What if we have more than 500 Users?

How does the Employee Survey work?

On the 10th of each month we will send your employees a 100% anonymous mobile friendly survey. The survey will close on the 15th at midnight.

What is a High Five?

A High Five is your employees opportunity to nominate a co-worker for their extrodinary work. The 7th question in the survey is an optional text box where the user can enter a co-workers name.

When are the monthly management reports sent?

This report will be sent via email on the 25th of each month.

What are the Tactical Action Coaching Packages?

These packages contain real world tested actions that you can put into place immediately to improve employee engagement and of course the organizational goals. The actions included are specifically tailored to your actual trending data.

Is there a contract?

There is no contract! We will work with you as long as we are needed. Most clients keep us forever however that will always be your choice.

How many questions will the survey have?

The survey will have 7 multiple choice questions that have been preconfigured by our team. You may add up to 5 more custom questions that you provide.

What is included in the monthly management report?

Each month we will include an Attendance Report of the users that completed the report, a trending report based on the data collected and analysed within your organization while also measuring your data against the average of all our clients. You will also receive the High Five Results.

Why send the reports on the 25th?

We want you to have the measurable data 5 days before the next month to allow you to react with a positive plan based on the data outcome.

When do the Tactical Action Packages get sent?

We email these packages in the third week of March, June, September & December. This will allow you to put some of the actions into place leading into the next quarter of business.

When is my credit card charged?

We charge credit cards on the 1st of each month.
